helpline

Our genetic counsellor-led helpline service is for people with a genetic condition, their relatives, professionals and anyone who needs to know more about genetic conditions and how to cope with the difficulties they can present.

Our helpline is an expanding service and is the only free helpline in the UK for all genetic conditions. It is a confidential and non-judgemental space for you to find out the information you need and discuss your feelings, concerns and fears about a genetic condition.

The helpline is open Monday-Thursday from 9am until 5pm. You can leave a voicemail or send an email at any time and we will aim to respond within three working days.

Your enquiry will be treated in the strictest confidence. Please look at our Privacy Policy for more information.
