DR CAROLINE WRIGHT

Caroline works at the Wellcome Trust Sanger Institute in Cambridge, where she manages the Deciphering Developmental Disorders project. The project is a UK-wide translational research study that uses exome sequencing to investigate the genetic causes of severe undiagnosed developmental disorders.

Caroline was formerly head of science at the Foundation for Genomics and Population Health, and is also a member of the personal genomics blog, GenomesUnzipped. She trained in natural sciences at the University of Cambridge.
